Beauty Routine Sept 2018 ||My Favourite Beauty Products

Wow okay so it has been a while since I have uploaded a post on here! It has been a few crazy months, which should be a blog post of its own!

Anyway, I am back and ready to go! So first things first, in this post, I am going to be writing about my beauty routine in September 2018, including my top favourite beauty products that I use now. I did a post of something similar to this called “My Beauty Routine” but since then, a few of the products I use have changed! I love trying out different makeup brands and seeing what works well on my skin, and what doesn’t. I search high and low, researching different brands to try out and test, and a few products included in this post are different from what I have ever tried before. So without further ado, lets get on with the post!

So the first thing I do when I wake up, is cleanse and wash my face to ensure my face is clean, cleansed and ready for products to be applied. The product I use is the Simple Kind To Skin Vital Vitamin Foaming Cleanser £2.99 Superdrug. I absolute lov

e products from the Simple brand. I find them really refreshing, and ke

ep your skin super moisturised and cleansed. I love this foaming cleanser as I find it refreshes my skin and removes any traces of any makeup I have left on my skin. It helps to keep my skin moisturised. Plus it has been voted the UK’s number 1 skincare brand so thats also a bonus!

After I have cleansed my face, I like to moisturise my face, making sure to keep it soft and glowy. The product I use is the IT Cosmetics Secret Sauce Anti-Aging Moisturiser QVC. I love this product so much! This moisturiser is a complete game changer! It 42333046_281277236041321_5948360199780696064_nsmoothes out the texture of skin, moisturises the skin and it immediately absorbs into the skin! I use this moisturiser both morning and night. It is quite pricey, but for great results and for that extra bit of cash, it is defi

netly worth it!

Primer! I haven’t really used a lot of Primer’s, so Primer’s do tend to stay the same. Recently, I

decided to look out for a new primer and the one I use is The Ordinary High-Adherence Silicone Primer Cult Beauty. You can either use this primer as the last step in a makeup routine or the beginning as a primer. I use it before I apply my foundation. It helps to keep my skin comfortable, smooth and making my foundation look amazing. I definetly would only use a pea sized amount , as otherwise it can tend to ball up.

Next, onto Foundation! I have always struggled wit

h which shade suits me best, as I do have quite yellow toned skin. I have found the shade which suits me best and the foundation I use is the Collection Illuminating Touch 42409908_242510453099463_435602871719821312_nFoundation Shade Warm Beige. I had never used a Collection foundation before I had used this. I am always trying, testing and messing around with different foundations but this one is my favourite! It suits my skin perfectly. It illuminates my skin as well as providing my skin with a soft, silky texture.

Right, now onto Concealer. Now! I do tend to suffer w

ith 42320521_2297942643568104_2291678868496449536_nblemishes, redness and dark circles under my eyes and I have always struggled to find a concealer that helps with all those areas, until I found this concealer. The concealer I am talking about is the Benefit Boiing Industrial Strength Concealer Shade 2. I love this! It covers my redness, my imperfections, my blemishes, everything! With my dark circles, I have always struggled to find a concealer that does conceal and make the circles more brighter, but with this concealer, I find it works. It provides excelle

nt coverage and doesn’t crease under the eyes!

Powder! To be honest with this powder, I did accidently pick this up by mistake and assumed it was a pressed powder, as I don’t normally go for loose powder. I do find loose powder messy and they can go all over the place. The powder I use is the MUA Ultra

Fine Loose Setting Powder Shade Mattifying Translucent. This powder is the dupe for the NYX Translucent Powder without the steep price tag! A little amount goes a long way! I definetly would recommend!

Bronzer! I always tend to look orange depending on what bronzer I am wearing. The bronzer which I have been wearing recently is the Benefit Hoola Bronzer. This tends toalways bring out my skin, and make it look beautiful. Aswell as my contour areas, I like to use the bronzer on my collar bones, and just under my jaw to add more definition. This bronzer last for a few hours when setting spray is added. Excellent product that I love and adore and would 100% recomme

Next to Blush! I tend to use different blushes d

epending on what I am doing and where I am going, but the one I have used the most recently is the Benefit Galifornia Blush.  When you first see the blush, it is a little bright! While it is highly pigmented, it you can easily build it up depending on how you would like it. Usually one or two swipes is enough for me! I love it when a product has a lovely scent to it, and this one doesn’t disappoint! I love the fruity, sunny scent along with t

he bright, vibrant colour. Deffo would recommend girls!

Now Now! Onto my favourite product of the makeup routine! HIGHLIGHTER! Now let me tell you, my makeup drawer is full of highlighters both liquid and powder! Even highlighter oils and drops I have! There is no single highlighter that I use regularly, as my highlighter product varies, but the one I have used most in the last few days is 42349685_237969823730576_1139256756916977664_nthe Revolution Rainbown Highlighter. I LOVE THIS HIGHLIGHTER! The pigmentation is bloody amazing! It glides on so easily and the colour is so blinding! There is hardly any fall out whatsoever! If you are looking for a highlighter that is perfect for both day and night, deffo get this! I RECOMMEND 100%! I LOVE LOVE IT!

Eyeshadow Palettes/Products! I love a good old eyeshadow look! Including shimmers and mattes! Everything! My main go to palettes at the moment are the Revolution Imogenation The Eyeshadow Palette. Revolution  Flawless Matte 2 Eyeshadow Palette. W7 Life’s A Beach Metallic Beach Shimmers Eyeshadow Palette.  Let’s start with the Revolution Imogenation eyeshadow palette. This has been around for a couple of weeks now but I wasn’t able to get my hands on it straightaway as it had completely sold out! But thankfully I finally got my little h

ands on it! It was definetly worth the wait! The colours are so pigmented and so beautiful! Imogen (Iomgenation) has really pulled out all the stops on this palette. There is so many colours to choose from including 5 shimmers & the rest mattes. The colours are vibrant, bright and shimmery! If you don’t know who Imogenation is, she is the creator of the palette and an amazing Youtuber! I will leave a link down below so you can see her channel. Next I want to talk about the Revolution Flawless Matte 2 Eyeshadow. Now, I love a good matte eyeshadow. I tend to go for nudes and neutral colours rather than bright, bold and vibrant (which is weird because the Imogenation palette is like the comple

te opposite haha). There is 32 eyeshadows in this palette which is more than enough to choose from! Obviously from the title, all the shades are matte, so there is no shimmers in this palette. The colours are super pigmented, lovely texture! This palette is mainly nudes and neutral colours, which is perfect for me! I tend to use the orange/red tone colours alongside some brown shades and a little shimmer on top, which leads me onto the next palette which is the W7 Life’s A Beach Palette which contains metallic beach shimmers. It also do contain 2 matte shades. To be honest, this palette is not as pigmented as I would of liked it to be and sometimes there is a little bit of fall out, but the

shades are super cute and super shimmery. The shades I tend to use are called “Ultimate Bronze”, “Stay Golden”, “Lay All Day” and “Sunkissed”. i would definetly recommend all three of these palettes, 100%.

L-R W7, Imogenation & Revolution Palette

Onto the EYES and EYEBROWS! Because I wasn’t blessed with long lashes to begin with, I have always struggled finding a Mascara that lengthens my lashes and adds definition. That until I found Primark’s own PS False Lash Effect Mascara. Now, this mascara does everything I ask of! It defines my lashes while adding extra length. Tehy don’t clump together and the applicator is perfect. I couldn’t reccomend it more! The eyebrow product I use at the moment is the ELF Eyebrow Instant Lift Pencil in Neutral Brown.  This product does exactly what it says on the tin. It shapes the brows well, it defines them and you can fill them in extremely easy. I t

end to only use a light touch, but if bolder brows are for you, you cn definetly achieve it with this pencil. Perfect colour match with my hair! Generally, an all round excellent product.

And FINALLY…To set all of this beauty in to place I use the ELF Makeup Mist & Set Spray. It sets my makeup in place beautifully and last throughout the day, with a few added extra sprays here and there. The only thing I would moan about with this product is that there is no fragrance/perfume added to it. That  may not be everyone’s thing but I definetly would of added a nice little fragrance with it! 42477099_682177555495481_3587136228689969152_n

SO! Thats it for this post, for now! I will be back soon with another makeup related post! I will leave all links for products down below for you to check out and see what you think! But for now! Ciao!

Oscars 2018 || 6 Female Stars – Outfit Opinions!!!!

Hi guys and welcome back to my blog!! It has been a while since I last posted on my blog so I do apologise!! Today’s blog is all about the Oscars 2018!! Mainly the outfits and dresses of the female stars. The Oscars is all glitz and glamour, and especially on the red carpet. I love all things fashion, so I am always looking out for the most beautiful dresses! So before I bore you silly, lets crack on!!

Lupita Nyong’o

Wow! Just wow! On the red carpet, all eyes were on Lupita Nyong’o. Of course for all the right reasons! The actress propped up the red carpet wearing a gold Versace number that was custom made for her. The dress featured chain link detailing across the front of the dress and a slit up one side. The dress looks stunning! She paired together her beautiful dress with a Versace clutch, Alexandre Birman heels and Niwaka jewellery. I think this outfit is absolutely stunning! It is beautiful, stunning and catches the eye. It pairs extremely well with the accessories put together and Lupita’s makeup and hair choices. Love it!!

Emily Blunt

There are a lot of mixed reviews and opinions in regards to Emily Blunts number. She strutted onto the red carpet wearing a beautiful Schiaparelli Couture gown paired with gorgeous Chopard Jewels. Out of all outfits that Emily has worn at previous Oscars Ceremonies, I believe that this is overall the most stunning one. The lovely dress featured beautiful applique and bow like sleeves. Paired with chandelier earrings, a blue teardrop ring and a spotted clutch which matched her dress. I love this outfit! SO stunning! It really brings out Emily’s makeup look and really makes her skin look lovely!!

Meryl Streep

90th Annual Academy Awards - Arrivals

How stunning is Meryl Streep! Absolutely beautiful! Meryl Streep blessed the red carpet wearing a red gown by Christian Dior Haute Couture. This simple, yet bold and beautiful dress looks amazing on Meryl. She paired the stunning dress with a pair of Stuart Weitzman heels, a Christian Louboutin clutch and Fred Leighton Jewels. 68 years young and Meryl can still look absolutely amazing! I hope to look as good as Meryl does when I am 68 years old!

Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence always manages to look stunning at any awards ceremony! I do not know how she does it! She always manages to look flawless whilst having a typical girl-next-door persona. She stunned on the red carpet wearing a shimmery Christian Dior dress! Her dress was floored with thousands of silver sequins! (I bet that took a while to stitch all of those on!) A lot of articles have stated that J-Law’s dress reminds them o a shiny disco ball. I love this dress! It is stunning! J-Law always manages to pull something amazing out of the bag. Her makeup and hair pair beautifully with the outfit.

Saoirse Ronan

This is probably one of the most chicest, stylish dresses I have ever come across. Saoirse Ronan stunning everybody with a Calvin Klein number paired with Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier jewellery. Everybody has seen Saoirse blossom right before our eyes into a beautiful young lady and her look at this weeks Oscars event proved to everybody she is an absolute beauty! This dress is absolutely gorgeous and I love the colour. It looks beautiful on her skin, with her simple makeup and lovely blonde hair. Good work Saoirse!

Margot Robbie

This is my favourite outfit of all the female stars at the Oscars. It is so simple but yet so chic, stylish and classy from Margot. Margot is wearing a stunning white corseted Chanel Haute Couture custom made by the one and only Karl Lagerfield. This dress is absolutely glamourous. I love it! There have been some stories that this dress took 550 hours of hard work to make!!! Margot is one lucky girl!

Well that’s the end of my blog you lovely lot! My 6 favourite female stars outfits from the 2018 Oscars! I hope you have enjoyed reading, and if you could leave me some feedback or a like, that would be much appreciated!!

My Top 6 Favourite Lip Products || Lip Products

Hi there and welcome back to my blog!!! If you’re new to my page, welcome! I hope you are well, wherever you will be reading this from. Today, I am going to talk to you about my favourite LIP PRODUCTS. Lip sticks, balms, stains, gloss, basically everything that can go on the lips. I think when you apply your makeup and follow your makeup routine, adding some colour to the lips give you a healthy glow. It just adds that little bit of colour and depending on what lip product you have used, it will last all day. There are so many different kind of lip products now that it can be very hard to choose which one to use. Anyway, lets get to it!!! Also, just to let you guys know, I will leave the shades and the links to purchase the products down below!

Maybelline Baby Lips (Shades Hydrate, Cherry Me + Pink Punch

This product is the Maybelline Baby Lips Lip Balms.img_7457 I don’t really use that many Maybelline products if I am completely honest.  The one thing I do love when it comes to lip products is a good old fashion Lip Balm. Lip Balms are essential to hydrating your lips and making them feel super soft and smooth. On the product details it does say that it is keeps lips moisturised for 8 hours and contains SPF20 to protect the lips. I think this product definitely hydrates my lips and keeps them moisturised, but they are quite fragranced aswell. There is definitely a fruity fragrance to them.

Nivea Lip Balm (Shade Pearly Shine)

This product is the Nivea Lip Balm in Pearly Shine. It is possibly my favorite lip balm. I love it! It gives my lips moisture, and keeps them feeling smooth and soft. It also adds a little colour to my lips which I guess is the pearly shine. It looks like I have put a tint of lipstick on when in fact it is just a basic lip balm. I can say that the taste of the lip balm isn’t that pleasant if I am totally honest. It is really creamy and adds a lovely hint of pink. All in all, I love it!

Primark P.s. Get Lippy Matte Collection (Shade Cookie Dough)

This product is the Primark P.s Get Lippy Matte Collection in Shade Cookie Dough. The shade Cookie Dough is kind of like a nude colour. Yes actually I think its a nude colour. When I say nude, its not your typical brown nude shade. It has a slight orange tint to it, so I guess it img_7460isn’t necessarily nude so to speak. The pack comes with a Matte Liquid Lipstick along with a Lip Liner. The consistency is spot on! It is very smooth and silky. Like I say, it doesn’t have that true brown nude shade so to speak but it is definitely still in that sort of nude shade. I would say that the liner definitely matches with the matte lipstick. It does tend to wear off a little after a couple of hours, that is probably the only downfall. I don’t tend to wear the liner as much as I generally do not wear liners. I do get the feeling that these kits are kind of a dupe from the Kylie Cosmetics Kylie Lip kits range. However, I really really love this product.

Huda Beauty Matte Liquid Lipstick (Shade Famous)

This product is the Huda Beauty Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade famous. I love this product as has such a light consistency, very long lasting, it has a thin texture, and it isn’t too dry on the lips. Especially with Matte Liquid Lipsticks, they tend to dry up on the lips and leave the lips not feeling too pleasant. Huda Beauty lipstick does not do that. I have noticed whilst wearing this product that I have never had to redo my lips. You know how girls do, in the bathroom, applying lippy more than once, well this one you don’t have to do that! It also has an AMAZING pigment. Very beautiful! Huda definitely changed the game with this one!

Sleek Matte Me Smooth Lip Cream (Shade Velvet Slipper)

This prodimg_7459uct is the Sleek Matte Me Smooth Lip cream and I use the shade Velvet slipper. I love this product so much! It is so pigmented and such a lovely colour. One bad thing I can say about this is that it does do the dreaded drying of the lips situation which does make it a lot harder to rub the lip cream off. Because of that, my lips do tend to go patchy. I don’t wear this product a lot, mostly when I go out at nighttime for meals etc and not something I would wear on a daily basis but I still love it. I suppose if you place a lip balm before application then it could potentially help with your lips if the lip cream does dry out.

Bourjois Rouge Velvet Lipstick (Shade Flaming Rose)

This product is the Bourjois Rouge Velvet lipstick in the shade Flamin

g Rose. This is definitely one of my faves! It glides on easily, feels lovely on and the colour is beautiful. It is a sort of Nude Pinky colour. It is like a rose colour. (Hence the shade being Flaming Rose, duh!) It never dries your lips out. It is long lasting and still looks lovely after a few hours. This is something I wear on a daily basis as it is quite nude and subtle and it looks quite simple. 10/10!!!!

There you go guys! That is my top 6 favorite lip products! I have left all the links to the products above if you want to check out any of the products! I am sorry this post has been shorter than usual and that the post was uploaded later than planned, I have just been so busy! But I am back now and will be uploading my next post on Wednesday! Hope you can check it out!

Eyeshadow Shields Review! || Totally Lashed

Hi, welcome back to my blog!!! I hope you are well, whether you are in the UK or wherever you maybe reading this from. So for today’s post, I will be reviewing the Totally Lashed Eye Shadow Shields Makeup application. How fun! This is a quite a short post, and not as long as my other posts so I do apologise in advance.

So basically, when these first became a lot more popular, I was really interested and really intrigued to see if these would actually work. Whenever I apply eye shadow, I have used products that have quite a lot of fall out in which then they could potentially ruin my whole eye makeup. Basically, these little eye shadow shields would come in handy for every girls eye makeup routine. Also, whenever applying eye shadow, you want that smooth look application and not a messy one. Look at me, talking about it like I am some makeup genius.

So earlier this week, I ordered some of these bad boys. I ordered them from Ebay and they are from a brand called Totally Lashed. The whole name of this product is the Totally Lashed Eye Shadow Shields Makeup Applicator. I did actually order just a trial sample which cost 99p. Well it was one shield for 99p. Obviously I needed two which totaled to £1.98. When I received these through the post, they came in a little envelope along with the invoice. Unfortunately, they didn’t come packaged or anything, but as they are the trial ones, I don’t think I can expect that.

So I opened the packet and there they were. They were like, two little cotton pads

with adhesive glue on the back, in the shape of how you would apply your eye shadow. The good thing about these shields is that they come self adhesive so you don’t have to mess about with glue, like as you would when applying false eyelashes. So when applying these shields, you take the covers of the back which is protecting the sticky part and then place under your eye towards the end of your brow. As you can see in this picture, the eyebrow shield is a little big for around the area of my eye. After you apply the shield, you can start applying the eye makeup.

I applied eye shadow, and surprisingly these shields did actually work!!! I had a bit of fall out from my eye shadow which protected my eye and face, and fell lovely onto the shield. Like promised, it did provide a straight edge for my eye shadow look. This shield would be perfect for anybody who wears winged eyeliner. You would be able to create that look PERFECTLY using one of these. Unfortunately, I do not wear eyeliner on my eyes and when I do it is very very rarely, so I will not be using these for that. I noticed aswell, it also protected my skin when I was applying my mascara. There was no smudges etc.

Overall, this product is something I definitely would purchase and definitely recommend. love it! They helped me to achieve a perfect eye shadow look, along with a smooth application of Mascara.

I will leave the link down below of where I purchases these from. If you would like to leave a comment or provide any feedback, then I would be grateful.

Lots of Love,

J x

Get Ready with Me || My Everyday Makeup Routine

Hi there! Once again welcome to my blog! I hope you are well, wherever you may be reading this from & if you’re new to my blog, welcome! Today, this post is called Get Ready with Me, My Everyday Makeup Routine. So today in this post, I am going to talk about my every day Makeup routine, what products I use, the products I love, and how I achieve a natural every day look. I would describe my every day look as a sort of fall/autumn look. I tend to use nude/brown/beige/plum colours particular for Eyeshadow and Blush. I’m not sure why I go for this look, but for an every day look I don’t think you can go wrong. Any products I mention, I will leave links down below if you would like to have a look at the products. If you also would like to know any information about the products featured in todays post, or would like to ask me any questions regarding this post please do drop me a comment. So lets get started!

PRIMER – MUA Pro Base Moisturising Primer (Contains Vitamins A & E and Tea Tree Oil)

First of all, at the start of any makeup routine, it is important to use a Primer. The Primer I use is the MUA Pro Base Moisturising Primer (Contains VitPRIMERamins A & E and Tea Tree Oil) I absolutely adore this Primer. It makes my face feel so silky and smooth. I tend to get dry skin and flaky around my forehead and nose, so using this primer will make my skin feel the same texture. This primer is not oily and soaks really well into the skin. From other reviews which I have read online, this Primer is extremely good for dry skin. Primer is an important part of a makeup routine as it will prep the skin and make it ready for the application of foundation. I usually use my hands to apply primer. I know that I shouldn’t but I always make sure my hands are clean!

FOUNDATION – Rimmel London Long Lasting Finish 25hr Breathable Foundation (Shade 200 Soft Beige).

I have used different foundations from the Rimmel London range, and this one is my favourite. This is the Rimmel London Long LaFOUNDATIONsting Finish 25hr Breathable Foundation in the shade 200 which is Soft Beige. It doesn’t irritate my skin, or dry out my skin. I have used foundation from the Rimmel London range for years and it has never disappointed. I tend to use more expensive foundation such as MAC or Urban Decay on more days where I need more long lasting coverage, such as occasions etc. Foundation is important as it creates a base for the rest of your makeup. It also evens out skin colour and creates a lovely complexion. Large pores can also be made to look smaller. I apply my foundation with a foundation brush. When buying foundation always make sure to by the foundation with the shade that matches your skin tone. You don’t want to get a shade that is 10x darker than the skin tone you have. Most girls, including myself, have made this mistake once or twice before!

CONTOUR – NYX Conceal Correct Contour Palette

I love this palette! It conceals the skin as well as correcting any problCONTOUR PALETTEem areas. There are 6 shades to choose from. I tend to get dark circles under my eyes unfortunately but the pinkest shade in the palette tends to cover up the dark circles quite well. I also tend to use the green shade to cover up any redness or blemishes that appear on my face. I normally spray my beauty blender with setting spray and then apply the concealer with it. I love it! This palette is definitely worth the amount paid for, and definitely staying in my makeup bag!

SETTING POWDER – Rimmel London Long Lasting Powder (Shade Warm Beige)

I think a setting powder is extremely important in a Makeup routine, as it sets all the hard work in placePOWDER. It sets the contour in place. It sets the foundation in place. I extremely love this one from Rimmel London. It is smooth to apply, doesn’t leave much fall out and really sets my makeup. I can not give any criticism or complain about this setting powder.

EYESHADOW – W7 Colour Me Buff Natural Nude Eyeshadow Palette

W7 In The Buff Natural Nude Eye Colour Palette contains 12 eye shadows: Buff, Camel, Sand, Dust, Chocolate, Topaz, Earth, Storm, Silk, Wave, Thunder and Onyx. It comes complete with a double ended brush. It stays on 8 to 10 hours and more ifw7 eyeshadow used with a primer. I love this palette as it creates a natural looking eyeshadow look. It’s not too much but not too little. It is just right. I love it! It is pigmented and looks amazing!

EYEBROWS Natural Collection Eyebrow Palette with Powder & Wax (Shade Medium Brown)

I don’t tend to use an eyebrow pencil, and use an eyebrow powder instead. The eyebrow palette I use is the Natural Collection Eyebrow Palette with Powder in the shade Medium Brown. I just think that powder is a lot more easier to apply to the eyebrows and tends to look a lot EYEBROW PRODUCTmore natural than a pencil application. When using an eyebrow powder it tends to be less time consuming and does not usually take me long to do my eyebrows. I personally think an eyebrow pencil is a lot more efficient on eyebrows that have been over plucked quite a lot. I have used eyebrow pencils before but I have never really liked them a lot. I have always grabbed the powder instead of a pencil. Maybe one day I will like a pencil, who knows!? This Palette is Boots own brand.

MASCARA – Rimmel London Scandal Eyes Extreme Mascara (Black)

Here we go another Rimmel London product! I have experimented a lot with Masmascaracaras and never really found one that makes my eyelashes pop. I have quite flat eyelashes and find it hard to find a mascara that uplifts my eyelashes and creates the look that I have full eyelashes. The mascara that I did find which does help my eyelashes look a little longer is the Rimmel London Scandal Eyes Extreme Mascara. It doesn’t make my eyelashes look extremely long because I do naturally have quite short and flat eyelashes, but it does add quite a lot of length once applied.

BRONZER – Collection Makeup Palette

I love a good bronzer, and the bronzer which I use the most, is from a palette from Collection. I love it! It is quite pigmented but very subtle. It isn’t over the top and doesn’t give off an orange appearance. I tend to bronze my lower part of my face, the jaw and my forehead to just add a bCOLLECTION PALETTEit of colour to those areas. It is very easy to apply. It gives a beautiful radiant glow. Makes me look healthy and bronzed. I love the colour on my skin!

BLUSH – Revolution Blush Palette (Sugar + Spice) + NYX Blush (Shade Deep Plum)

My most used Blushes are from two separate palettes. My main Blush I use is from the Revolution Blush Palette Sugar + Spice. The Shade I use is quite a brown, beige shade. It is quite pigmented but very, very nice. I also tend to use the Revolution Blush Palette Blush Queen every now and then too, but that is a more shimmery shade of palette. That palette is also very pigmented. I love both palettes but tend to apply shades from the Sugar and Spice palette. The other blush I love is a blush from NYX which is shade Deep Plum. I adore this blush and love it! I would definitely recommend these three Blush palettes. I normally apply blush to the apples of my cheeks and blend upwards towards the end of my temple.

HIGHLIGHT – L’Oréal Paris True Match Highlight (Shade Rose Icy Glow)

NoHIGHLIGHTERw Now Now! We are talking!! This highlight is amazing! I feel like a glazed donut when I am wearing this highlight! I feel like I’m blinded by the light reflecting of this highlight. It has a lovely Rose Icy glow, which looks beautiful. I love it!

LIPS – Sleek Matte Me Ultra Smooth Matte Lip Cream (Shade Velvet Slipper + Shabby Chic)

Now! I have a HUGE amount of lip products! From glosses, lipstick, lip stains, lip balms. You name it! It cLIPSan vary on which lip product I use on a daily basis but the one I usually go for quite frequently is the Sleek Matte Me Ultra Smooth Matte Lip Cream in Shade. I love these two products so much! They are so smooth and apply on my lips so well! They matte once applied but don’t tend to dry up like some other Matte Lipsticks or Matte Lip creams do. They can be quite difficult to wipe off but I tend to use a Simple moisturising wipe to take it off.

That’s it guys! That is my Everyday Makeup Routine! If you would like to know more about my makeup routine or if you would like to leave any comments or feedback below, then feel free to do so. If you would like more of these video’s also please leave feedback below!

Friends on Netflix!?|| Is my life complete?

Hello guys, welcome back to my blog! I hope you are all well and good. I am very well. The weather is not the best today here in the UK. I hope it is a lot more better wherever you are reading this post!

Basically today, this post is going to be about the series which was, and still is absolutely phenomenal! I think it is the most popular sitcom ever to be created. Yes, you guys guessed it! It is…FRIENDS! Basically, if you don’t know anything about Friends or have never seen the program but have heard of it, it is basically about 3 young men and 3 young women who are all best friends. BFF’s for the more younger generation out there. The sitcom follows these 6 people throughout their daily lives, following their romances, breakups, careers, family and experiences. It is extremely funny, witty and very much a heartwarming sitcom. Over 10 series, fans were in love with Joey, Rachel and Ross’ love story as well as the unexpected relationship between Monica and Chandler and the six friends’ journeys into parenthood, as well as unfortunately for some, their thirties.

The sitcom ran from 1994-2004. Now, if you have read about me in my “About Me” section of my blog, you will see that I wasn’t actually born until 1996, so growing up I did not start watching ANY Friends episodes till I was about 13,14 maybe. The show actually ended officially on the 6th May 2004, but Comedy Central & NBC still play back to back episodes of the comedy itself. Friends was also aired on channel 4 and E4 up until 2011.

If you are not aware of the sitcom, there is 6 characters in total in the comedy. Rachel (Jennifer Aniston), Monica (Courtney Cox) & Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) are the female cast. Ross (David Schwimmer), Joey (Matt LeBlanc) & Chandler (Matthew Perry) are the male cast. The phenomenon that is Friends, is all down to two creative heads that go by the names of Marta Kauffman &  David Crane.

The Sitcom may of ended on the 6th May, but NETFLIX had a surprise in store for all the Friends fanatics out there. COULD WE BE ANY MORE EXCITED! (Did you see what I did there?) Friends is now able to stream on Netflix!!!!47a8f44100000578-5224563-image-a-10_1514731443605.jpg

I have never been so excited! Like most of us had heard, there was rumors at the end of 2017 about Friends being streamed on Netflix. But like some of the stories that appear on social media, it isn’t always true. All 10 Seasons of the comedy are available to watch and stream on Netflix. So, I don’t know about you guys but I sure know what I’ll be doing on my weekends!! 47A8F46500000578-5224563-image-a-18_1514731490201

My First Ever Blog Post!

How exciting! This is my first ever blog post! Well, my first ever blog in fact! I have always thought about doing a blog, but never really sat down and thought about it. I’ve never real

ly put pen to paper. I am blessed with a lot of imagination but I have never really put it to good use. I am curious, but excited to have started this blog and I am anticipating what this will turn out to look like!

Oh how rude of me! I haven’t even introduced myself yet! I am Jessica, a 21 year old Dental Assistant from Manchester, United Kingdom. I live with my mum, and my border collie dog, Jessie. Please ignore the fact my dog is also called Jessie. It gets very confusing at home what with there being two Jess’s. I currently work as a Dental Assistant, which I have been doing since being 16 years old. It can be quite stressful at times. The kind of stressful where you want to sit in a cupboard and hide from everyone. Yeah, that kind of stress. I have had previous jobs and if I wasn’t a Dental Nurse, I would definitely work in some sort of catering environment.  I’m quite a chatty, and bubbly person, so working alongside customers is a passion for me. Anyway, a paragraph later, that’s enough about me!

I have wanted to create a blog for sometime. A few years maybe. I have never really had the time (or the patience) to sit down and plan it. But I am here now! I am finally sat down at my computer keyboard, writing this blog for all you lovelies out there. Basically, I wanted create this blog, to share some of my experiences to you. Experiences, reviews, my opinions on everything the world has to offer. There will be fun posts such as Fashion, Hair, Health & Beauty, Tutorials, all sort of wonderful things. But from time to time, there will be more serious blogs such as Health, Mental Health, politics, more serious posts. I will occasionally post reviews on certain things. Books reviews, makeup and hair reviews. You name it!

I am excited to share this blog with you and can’t wait to hear any feedback you may have for me! Please, please comment or leave any feedback. I would love to hear it, and constructive feedback would be amazing too!

Lots of love,

J x
